Seguimiento a la Convención sobre los derechos del niño

Please find attached two very important documents which were adopted by the Committee on the Rights of the Child during its 43rd session.  The first is the final recommendations from the day of general discussion on a child's right to be heard and the second is general comment 9 on the rights of children with disabilities.  We ask that you please distribute these two documents widel y within your organizations and networks.  The Spanish and French translations as wel l as the final edited English versions should be available before the end of the year at http://www.ohchr.org/english/bodies/crc/.
